I'm Tammy Goen, the photographer of Hummingbird Arts. I have a lifelong love of nature and the beauty of Mother Earth. I attempt to capture the essence of the places I visit and the things I see so that I may remember them and re-experience their beauty and the emotions I felt there. Although the grand scenic can instill awe on a grand scale, as a photographer I often prefer to capture the smaller scale, the macro and mid-range shots which take me back to Nature when I can’t be immersed in it.

On this website I offer you a glimpse of these moments and a way for you to make them a part of your own experience. Come along with me to the Oregon Coast to view a March Sunset during an amazingly warm, summer-like evening; to feel the mists from a waterfall across the way from a trail through Zion National Park; to see the sky mirrored in a perfectly still Central Oregon mountain lake; to listen to the quaking of the leaves of the big aspen in front of my home in Sunriver, Oregon.
